All Americans need to learn how to accept criticism. Stop getting defensive if someone says something against you. Try and understand where that person is coming from and have an intelligent discussion on the facts (or lack thereof) in their argument.

It has always been mybelief that critically thinking, progressive white people were the best people to enlighten their fellow white people on the isms and heir impact. THANK you for taking it on and educating them and many others along the way.
