What I Did On My Winter Vacation
Took a full-time job, got published in a dozen newspapers, journeyed to Guadeloupe, learned to shoot and edit video, fell in and out of love a couple of times, finished a book proposal, and marked my 18th month back in New York.
So if you’re wondering why I haven’t been Snoop Bloogy Blog in a few months... now you know. But never fear... I'm back, baby.
Developments: Profile Magazine is no more, so for at least the near future I won’t be trotting my personal life into cyberspace for your amusement. An ever-more hectic schedule has forced me to back out of teaching my weekly yoga class on Thursdays. And they actually DID find out what caused that maple syrup smell on the west side of Manhattan.
Currently cabling you from LA, where duty calls...

Three things:
1) Who has productive winter holidays? I mean, thats just taking the piss.
2) I was in a bar and there was a girl wearing nothing but two bandoliers, holding shotglass instead of bullets, over her breasts. With a gun belt with two bottles of tequila in the holsters. Now I know what it was about and she wasn't just some reject from a videogames convention.
3) How is Dangermouse a production genius? I really don't get it. He seems to me the epitome of charmless tidy unthreattening Hiphop beats. Perfect for Gorillaz but rather a bad match for the wholly charming and slightly threattening DOOM. I really don't get it.
